It never ceases to amaze me how significant and timely Bible prophecy becomes, in troubled times. Scripture is replete with people (as in the case of the passage quoted from above) within society literally “climbing out of a hole” to find life and hope, when confronted with the living God. Depending on how you look at it, AI can be seen as simply the unveiling of just one more iteration of the computer world: one more logical step in the world of computers—from simple machine code, to “user friendly” software . . . to that final step, where the software itself starts to become the “user” that may not be so friendly.

Does
the above image portend “birth pangs”? For those willing to open their eyes and see the darkness increasingly overtaking our world, there is hope. For the very next verse of Jeremiah’s declaration that describes this man pictured above, in pain—not only promotes an image of men “giving birth,” but also says that:
. . . [we] shall be saved out of it.
