Raised the son of a technical assistant involved in the production of the Apollo 11 Lunar Module, young Frank (“Theo” as he was then called) did not appreciate fully what it meant to grow up in the America that would soon place a man on the moon. Nor did he appreciate the common, everyday blessings, then enjoyed by those surrounding him in his early youth: the simple programming on screens of black and white (and then “color”!) that presented the masked heroes of the early West: The Lone Ranger & Tonto, for example, or the big-hearted Bonanza with the sons of Ben Cartwright — nor was he yet familiar with a famous neuro-surgeon, born a year after he was—who would ascend to the international stage by the separation of co-joined twins, and later attempt what would seem even more improbable, in turbulent years that would mark the second decade of early twenty-first century America (when every major news agenda, it seemed, would be “Trumped” by a certain feeding frenzy).
America’s promise, to him, was still found in a melting pot where common individuals with a fresh idea and innovation could ultimately realize success. Even when personal rights were starting to come to a boil and become radicalized with the ascension of Malcomb X and the Black Panthers—within what had been a relatively uncluttered world, his heroes were the likes of Dr. Martin Luther King, and his “I Have A Dream” speech, along with a continuing pursuit of excellence within one’s own character, that was still being appropriated by accepting what arguably remained the country’s #1 book: the Holy Bible.
Yet sadly, like many in those turbulent 60’s, young Frank abandoned his own faith. The Jesus Revolution went in reverse for him—as he searched for what he felt was a more convenient pursuit in Atheism. He would pursue new dreams of fanciful personal liberty(?): just before “the Eagle [had] landed” (on the moon), Dr. King’s million man march was executed, and later, he himself was assassinated. Still later, the space shuttle Challenger fell from the sky, in a disaster that would take the lives of seven astronauts just after liftoff from the Kennedy Space Center (in 1986).
Exhausted by unbelief, and returning to the faith, Frank would yet defer formal degree requirements until after having entered the Naval Service to ride the waves and try his hand at learning a trade; taking on the responsibility of maintaining a warship’s radar systems (both on the surface and in the air), and marrying his beloved who gave birth to their three children; while somehow developing a passion for writing and sharing the Word he had once shunned—only to discover that real persecution can come easily to a young man committing himself to personal purity within the US Naval Service. The outcome of that personal contest was not only an experience deliverance from real persecutors in the land of the free, but a promotion to a higher rank, after his ship had spent only a single day in the troubled waters off the coast of Vietnam—and the war ended. This near dream-like experience would forever change this young man’s perspective who had spent his teens as an avowed Atheist! Now older and more seasoned, he could recognize that the waters of nihilistic atheism end in a cesspool when imbibed, and its deviant exercises were in sharp contrast to actual victory, he had experienced at sea.
In retrospect, it could be seen that when returning to the faith in which he was raised, a new and radical determination had arisen: He could be observed giving away his resources, “putting all his eggs in one basket,” and focusing on personal engagement with the Lord Who had saved him. Some thought him too radical, and had him sent to a Christian psychologist to “normalize” him, if possible. The psychologist’s response was to state that he wished all his patients had his problem(!)—at the same time, the biblical prophets of both Old and New Testaments (the two halves of the Holy Bible) started to come alive in this brother’s being.
Then, in 1987, he received a revelation of what he calls the “eagles wings interpretation,” which merges two systematic prophetic perspectives in the Old and New testaments linking the prophecies of Daniel’s writings—with those of John’s Apocalypse. He was so pleased to discover that this interpretation others, particularly one other prophecy teacher (Irwin Baxter, of Endtime Ministries) then broadcasting on the radio in New York City. But then he “stumbled upon” an increasing awareness of what he terms “the 3½ clocks” — a relatively simple numbering system found within the very heart of John’s Revelation, that is clearly doubled in two separate sets: one found in Revelation chapter 11, and then again in chapters 12 & 13. What his latest full-length work expands upon is how the harmony of these clocks – along with an “offset” that distinguishes the “two witnesses” unveiled within John’s prophecy — are confirmed within the writings of the Old Testament prophet Zechariah.
Needless to say, it has been increasingly fulfilling (as well as frustrating) to see that the things that now appear to be so open to him, in light of the pandemic of 2020—seem to be totally lost on others who persist in hoping that “all things will return to normal” –in what was generally experienced outside of halls of academia before the “Great Reset.” This “reset,” although little more than an explosion of what had been brewing beneath the surface in the West–Bro Frank feels to be an actual invitation from Heaven to pursue a Divine Reset that may yet extend our freedoms (now hanging by a thread) within the United States, and around the world.
(For by admitting that John’s Revelation of Jesus Christ is a
series of overlapping visions —as appears obvious when considering the two near parallel sets of “clocks” within his writings—the revelation of the four horsemen (with one yet to go) . . . along with the seven trumpets (with major wars (plural) yet up ahead) — portend a fate that few realize possible awaiting a sleeping church at the Midnight Cry of the gospel writer, Matthew, wherein Christ’s parable of the ten virgins displays half of the professing Christian world hearing, “Assuredly I say to you, I do not know you” (Matthew 25:12)!)
-So that all such revelations do seem to make current events much more urgent, when considering that the actions of politicians, media moguls—as well as prayer warriors around the world now engaged in revivals, that may yet have a very large impact on the future –both for ourselves, and others who do not yet know the joy of following the Christ, who first came into our world to establish a real reset (Malachi 4:5-6), approximately 2000 years ago.
Frank also holds an earned degree in Human Development from Concordia College, has retired as a Maintenance Supervisor from the New York City Transit Authority, and served for three years as an elder within the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Middletown, New York.
